The new Audi RS7-R Limited edition got some bunchs of upgrades from the German Tuner ABT Sportsline with more power.
The regular ABT offering will result in the RS7 delivering 690 hp (515 kW) and 800 Nm of torque but this, the most hardcore offering, the RS7-R takes it up to a might 730 horses (544 kW) and 920 Nm of torque.
The standard 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine powering the car produces 600 PS (592 HP / 441 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft), directed to the quattro all-wheel drive system through an eight-speed automatic gearbox. ABT won’t say how fast its tuned moel is, but the stock car completes the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration in 3.6 seconds and tops at an electronically limited 250 km/h (155 mph), although it can be bumped to 280 or 305 km/h (174-190 mph) with the optional Dynamic Package or Dynamic Plus Package.
ABT has also worked on the interior a little bit to add even more carbon fiber and leather. The center console now has a badge pointing out the amped-up RS7 Sportback will be a limited affair as only 125 cars will be converted to the RS7-R specification. This particular car actually belongs to German racing driver Daniel Abt, hence the “Handcrafted for Daniel Abt” on the storage lid on the center console.
Suspension options that have been exclusively tailored to the RS7-R comprise of the coilover springs and anti-roll bars. Boosting the looks and stance are the 22-inch wheels, alongside the carbon fiber add-ons such as the grille frame, front lip, rear spoiler, diffuser and side skirt extensions.
